We are surveying 100 residents to better understand how our repairs service is used. 

To do this, BMG Research Ltd will be calling residents over three weeks from Tuesday 18th April between the hours of 8am and 8pm. 

If you receive a call from BMG Research Ltd, you do not have to take part, it’s entirely up to you.  

All calls are carried out according to the Market Research Society’s Code of Conduct.

Any answers you give will be treated in confidence (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and all findings of the survey will be reported anonymously.
