Resident training programme

We offer a range of training courses for our involved residents. These cover general courses, activity specific courses and courses designed specifically for our Regional Scrutiny Board members (RSBs). Click on the course you are interested in to find out more.

Equality, diversity and inclusion

This training develops a broad understanding of the difference between equality and diversity, recognising the changing profile of society and its practical impact on organisations.

Attending this training supports involved residents to comply with legislation.  This is important to all methods of involvement as the organisation must ensure that all involved people promote equality, diversity and inclusion, challenging where appropriate when this is not the case.
