When will planned improvement works take place in my home?

We carry out programmes of planned maintenance and improvement work to the inside and outside of our properties.

External work can include replacing external doors, windows or roofs, external redecoration, repairing paving and improving the estate grounds.

Internal work can include redecoration of stairwells and communal areas, modernising kitchens and bathrooms and upgrading heating systems and wiring.

We will always consult you well in advance when we next plan to do major improvement works in your area. Our major works leaflet, (download here)  explains what you can expect from us, and how you can help us. Before the work starts, we’ll make sure you receive information about the contractor and the works we're planning to carry out.
