Repairs quiz Terms and Conditions

  1. Employees of Affinity Sutton, or any of its subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter. No third party entries or entries submitted by agents will be accepted.
  2. Entry completion is based on completing and answering the answers correctly via our Facebook page. 
  3. All entries must be received via Facebook by 5pm, 29 October and 29 November 2015, to be considered.
  4. The prize is £25 cinema vouchers and will be given to a resident who has answered all questions correctly. Cash or credit alternatives to the prize will not be offered. The prize is not transferable.
  5. We accept no responsibility for lost or delayed entries.
  6. We have the right to report any abusive or offensive entries.
  7. This competition should not be used to report any housing issues or our services. If the entrant wishes to report such issues, they must contact us on 0300 100 0303 or email their issue to customerservice@affinitysutton.com.
  8. The winner will be selected and notified by 30 October and 30 November 2015 by email.
  9. If a prize is unclaimed or declined, or the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time, a supplementary winner may be selected at Affinity Sutton’s discretion and notified by telephone. Affinity Sutton will not be responsible for any inability of the prize winner to take up the specified prize.
  10. By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out in promotional material.
  11. Affinity Sutton’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
