Affinity Sutton agrees £65M contract with the HCA

Affinity Sutton to deliver more than 3,000 new
homes
Affinity Sutton has signed a £65M
contract with the Homes and Communities Agency to deliver 3,098
homes over the next four years.
Affinity Sutton’s allocation focuses on London
and the South East and is in addition to the association’s current
funded pipeline of around 3,600 homes.
Kerry Kyriacou, Group Director of New Business
and Development at Affinity Sutton, said: “In these
challenging times it is fantastic news that we are going to be
delivering 6000 much needed affordable homes over the next four
years.”
Richard Hill, deputy chief executive at the
HCA, said: “We are making good progress under the AHP and this is
yet another significant commitment that will see over 3,000
much-needed new affordable homes built across London and the South
East.”
