Affinity Sutton has signed a £65M contract with the Homes and Communities Agency to deliver 3,098 homes over the next four years.

Affinity Sutton’s allocation focuses on London and the South East and is in addition to the association’s current funded pipeline of around 3,600 homes.

Kerry Kyriacou, Group Director of New Business and Development at Affinity Sutton, said:  “In these challenging times it is fantastic news that we are going to be delivering 6000 much needed affordable homes over the next four years.”

Richard Hill, deputy chief executive at the HCA, said: “We are making good progress under the AHP and this is yet another significant commitment that will see over 3,000 much-needed new affordable homes built across London and the South East.”
