NHF Conference and Social Housing Exhibition

Keith ExfordNational Housing Federation Annual Conference and Social Housing Exhibition, 12 - 14 September

Group Chief Executive, Keith Exford and Group Director, Governance and Compliance will both be taking to the stage at this year's annual conference.  Keith will be looking at how affordable housing will be delivered in the future, while Clare will speak on the implications of the changes in social housing.

To consider how affordable housing will be delivered in the future Keith will be joined by the Homes and Communities Agency's Chief Executive, Pat Ritchie. During the session they will outline their vision for future investment and consider how associations can manage the higher levels of risk and innovation required to continue to build new homes.  In Clare's session she will look at new rents, new tenures and the new regulator and the implications of all the changes.
