How to acccess our Service
You can request Tenancy Sustainment support by calling the Affinity Sutton Contact Centre on 0300 100 0303. Your Neighbourhood Housing Officer or Customer Accounts can refer your case to Tenancy Sustainment.
With the support of the tenancy sustainmet team, a resident with hearing impairment was struggling and needed help. He is now preparing to start his own business, his rates bill has been reduced, benifits are in place
and repairs have been carried out.
What will happen next?
One of our Tenancy Sustainment Officers will contact you by phone to make an appointment to visit you at home to complete an assessment and to advise you on what assistance can be given. If you would like to receive this service you will need to sign a Consent form in line with our Data Protection and Confidentiality Procedures.
