My Affinity Sutton
In order to report a repair you will need to log in to My Affinity Sutton. If you have not yet registered for My Affinity Sutton you will need to do this first. To register, you will need your tenant reference number and an email address. Once you have registered you will receive an email address with a link to confirm. You will need to click on the "confirm" link to activate your account. Once you have successfully registered you will be able to login.
If your repair is an emergency, you will need to call us on 0300 100 0303. Please do not report your emergency repair online.

Introducing Clarion Response
We are changing the name and look of Affinity Sutton Repairs and Community Building services (CBS) and introducing Clarion Response, our new single repairs service for our residents.

At Affinity Sutton we ensure our staff carry identification with them at all times and we advise that you always check the ID of any person you do not know, including our staff and contractors before inviting them into your home.
