In addition to your monthly mortgage payments to your mortgage lender, you are responsible for paying rent and service charges either weekly or monthly in advance as detailed in your lease.

The rent due is outlined in your lease. It is based on the share that you do not hold in the property.

Please note - all rent and service charges are payable to Affinity Sutton Homes Limited.

How to pay rent and service charges

We recommend that you set up a Direct Debit to pay your rent and service charges. It is the easiest way to pay and avoids the risk of late payments. If you would like a direct debit form, or if you would like to discuss alternative ways of paying your rent and service charges, please call us on 0300 100 0303.
