How to use the postcode search
Using the postcode search
You can access important information on subjects such as making
a complaint and anti-social behaviour using the left hand menu.
However some information sits behind our postcode search as it
varies depending on where in the country you live. Using our
postcode search is easy - just follow the simple steps below.
If you're not an Affinity Sutton
resident but would like to use this facility, follow the steps
behind this link.
Access for residents
Step 1
From the main resident page or the 'I am renting' page, simply
enter your postcode and hit 'search'

Step 2
You will be automatically directed to the correct information
for your postcode, either Broomleigh, Downland or William Sutton.
Then just use the right hand menu to get going!
If you enter your postcode incorrectly don't
worry...
You'll be directed to our 'Invalid postcode' page. Then using
the top three links, just click on the housing association whose
content you would like to see and you'll be back at step 2
above.
And finally if you don't know your postcode, that's OK
too...
