profiling
We are busy building up our tenant profile to
enable us to provide you with a service that suits your individual
needs. Our resident questionnaire helps us shape our services.
For example, it gives us information on the
size of new homes that need to be built and whether there are
particular needs within particular communities. We also want to
make certain that all our tenants are treated equally and able to
access our services as easily as possible and by completing the
form, you help us understand for example, if you need letters sent
to you in large print or whether you have hearing problems or
a disability.
It's really important that you all take part
We're aiming to gather data on all of our residents so we will
have an accurate reflection of who you are and make more and better
improvements in the future.
